“You”, “Guest” refers to any person accessing the website or making a booking.
“Property” refers to the Barrow View short-term rental accommodation.
2. Use of the Website
The Barrow View website is provided through Hostaway, our direct booking and website platform provider. The content is for general information and booking purposes only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times.
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its functionality.
3. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
All direct bookings are made through Hostaway, our authorized booking and website provider.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment provider.
Full payment or a deposit (where applicable) is required to confirm a booking.
Barrow View does not store or have access to full credit or debit card details.
Stripe handles all payment information in accordance with applicable security standards and data protection regulations.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing fees charged by third-party providers.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departures.
Exceptional Circumstances:
Refunds outside this policy may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision is final.
6. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change booking dates must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Rate differences may apply.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Treat the property with care and respect
Follow all house rules provided before or during the stay
Leave the property in a reasonable condition at check-out
Be responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay
Additional charges may apply for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Barrow View and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.
9. User Content
Where reviews or comments are permitted:
Content reflects the views of the individual user, not Barrow View
We reserve the right to remove content that is inappropriate, misleading, or unlawful
By submitting content, you grant Barrow View a non-exclusive right to use and display it
