Parking: Private parking for 2-3 cars is available directly outside the front door.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via the lockbox.

House Essentials

Heating: Set the dial outside Bedroom 2 to your preferred temperature. To activate, press the "Boost" button on the panel inside the front door (1 press = 1 hour, up to 3 hours).

TV & Sound: We have a Samsung Smart TV and Sonos Soundbar connected to the Wi-Fi. To stream music, select "Living Room" as the audio outlet on your device.

Laundry: The washing machine and drying rack are located in the laundry room around the back of the house.

Kitchen: You will find milk, bread, butter, and eggs to get you started. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee press, milk frother, and toaster.

House Rules

No Smoking/Vaping: This is a strictly non-smoking property.

No Pets: To respect our farming neighbors and their livestock, pets are not permitted on the property.
